The company’s own purpose description reads: “Rental of sauna. Sale of products. Sale of courses.” No website, number of employees or other operational details are stated in the register.
What the register says
Havdamp Sauna AS is organised as a limited company (aksjeselskap). This means the business is run commercially, with share capital and limited liability for its owners. The company is not registered in the Register of Voluntary Organisations, nor is it registered in the VAT register. The latter may be because turnover is still below the VAT threshold, but the register does not state a reason.
The date of incorporation is 19 March 2026, while registration in the Register of Business Enterprises took place on 5 May the same year. This is therefore a newly incorporated company that has recently been formally registered.
The sauna offering in the area
In our own overview of saunas in Norway, there are currently no registered saunas in Mosjøen or in Vefsn municipality. This does not mean there are no saunas there, but that none are registered in our catalogue at present. Elsewhere in Northern Norway, 101 saunas are registered. For Havdamp Sauna AS, this could mean they will be the first from the municipality in our overview, should the plans be realised.

The register information says nothing about when a potential sauna will open, where it will be located, what it will cost to use, or which products and courses the company plans to sell. The fact that the company is registered does not mean a sauna has been built or opened. We have also not had confirmed whether the business has started operations.
