Spa Sauna AS has been registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises with organisation number 938618674. The company is based in Tjodalyng in Larvik municipality, at Nygårdveien 1A. According to the register, the company was founded on 1 September 2026 and registered on 5 October the same year.
The company states its purpose as: “Digital booking and brokerage of saunas, wellness and experience services.” No industry code, website or number of employees is listed in the register.
What the register says

Registration in the Register of Business Enterprises means the enterprise has been established. It does not mean that a sauna has been built, opened, or has an opening date.
The sauna offering in the area
In our own directory of saunas, there are currently no registered saunas in Tjodalyng. In Larvik municipality as a whole, eight saunas are registered, and in the Østlandet region there are 176. The most common types in the area are outdoor saunas, followed by floating and indoor saunas. Among the neighbours in our directory are Farris Bad, FLYT Stavern, Fram Badstu and Helgeroa Badstue.
The fact that no offering has been registered in Tjodalyng before is a point in itself. At the same time, it is worth noting that according to its own stated purpose, the company is not going to run a physical sauna, but to broker and book saunas digitally.
What we do not know yet
Neither the opening date, prices, location nor the specific services the company will offer are stated in the register. It is also not known who is behind the company, how many employees it will have, or when any service might be operational. We have not been able to find a website for the company.
