Helgeland Sauna AS is registered in the Norwegian Business Register with organisation number 937875088. The company has an address at Kjølsøyveien 54 in Brønnøysund, Brønnøy municipality. The registration date is 11 June 2026, while the date of incorporation is 28 April 2026.
The company is registered with the industry code for “Activities in day spa, sauna and steam bath”. In its own purpose description, the company states “Operation of SPA”. No website is registered, and the company is not registered in the Volunteer Register or the VAT Register. The number of employees is not stated.
What the register says
The organisational form is a limited company (aksjeselskap). This means the business is a separate legal entity with share capital, intended to be run commercially. The fact that the municipality currently has no registered offering in our directory is a fact. It does not mean there are no saunas there, but that none are registered with us.
