Lofoten Beach Camp Sauna is an outdoor sauna located at Flakstad, home to one of the most photographed beaches in northern Norway. The white sand beach and turquoise water, framed by towering granite peaks, create a setting that is almost surreal in its beauty.
The sauna sits near the beach, allowing bathers to warm up before running across the sand and into the Arctic waters. The contrast between the hot sauna and the cold ocean, combined with the jaw-dropping scenery, makes this one of the most memorable sauna experiences in all of Lofoten.
Flakstad is along the E10 highway that traverses the Lofoten Islands and is easily accessible by car. The beach is a must-visit even without the sauna, and having both available makes it a highlight of any Lofoten road trip. Parking is available and the atmosphere is informal and welcoming.
